Much like yourself, I don't use cauliflower that often even though I really like it.<br /><br />My favorite recipe is a cauliflower pizza crust. You'd never guess it's cauliflower!<br />Also, I'd like to try and make cauliflower steak (lol) I had it at a vegan restaurant once and it was delish!<br /><br />This is next, though.
